Shipping and Returns Policy:

Incorrect Shipping Address: Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer-provided information will not qualify for return or exchange. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, please contact Ganja Goddess within 7 days at ganjagoddessshop@gmail.com. Ganja Goddess reserves the right to refuse returns made after this timeframe.

Requirements for Refund or Exchange: 

Returned or exchanged items must meet the following requirements to be accepted:

• All items must be in their original condition. Worn, used, or altered, items will not be accepted.
• Proof of a damaged item must be provided within 7 days of receiving the item through images sent to ganjagoddessshop@gmail.com before a return or exchange is accepted.
• If the wrong item is received, customers must provide the order number and proof of the incorrect item within 7 days through images sent to ganjagoddessshop@gmail.com  before a return or exchange is accepted.
• Made to Order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. This is because these items undergo quality checks before processing and shipping. 
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, including Made to Order items purchased as gifts for others.
• Customers must provide receipts or proof of purchase. Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment.

Return Process: In the event of an accepted return or exchange, Ganja Goddess does not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for returning the order at their own expense. Once the return or exchange is approved, customers should contact Ganja Goddess Shop to obtain the appropriate address for sending the items.
